FSB notification(海关联盟移动无线加密产品俄罗斯联邦安全局的登记注册通知)

FSB通知（FSS通知）

通知的概念意味着从组织或其授权代表，其中包含有关的任何事实，事件或产品信息的正式通知。

在FSB注册加密（加密）设备的通知是从制造商的消息（通知）导入到境内加密（加密）设备。

根据商品（产品）类别列表都受到FSB通知是加密（加密）设备或包含在其结构中的加密（加密）的工具，技术和加密规格的产品都受到了FSB通知。

通知可以根据委托书既完成制造商及其授权代表，包括按照所提供的制造商数据的权威认证。

完成通知后，它是受俄罗斯联邦FSB注册。注册通知使加密产品和设备通过海关查验放行。通知登记比获得工业和俄罗斯联邦贸易部许可证更简化的程序。

俄罗斯FSS通知（联邦安全局通知）

是强制性的程序或硬件设备用于加密和按照统一部分2.19加密的方式登记，该通知禁止或内海关联盟成员国进口或出口限制欧亚经济共同体与第三国的贸易应用。该FSS通知是必要的各种计算机和具有加密功能（加密）的计算设备：

•打印机，复印机和电子模块;

•掌上机和移动电话;

•收款机;

•服务器和便携式电脑;

•电子模块及部件;

•电子集成电路和存储设备;

•软件加密（加密）的设备。

联邦安全局的通知也是必要的带有加密功能的通讯有线和无线方式：

•用户通信设备;

•基站及接入点;

•电信设备及配件;

•无线电广播或电视设备;

•无线电导航接收器与遥控设备;

•设备访问因特网＆电视接收机具有通信功能。

Russian FSS notification (Federal Security Service notification)

is the notice obligatory for the registration of programs or hardware devices used for enciphering and as a means of cryptography according to the section 2.19 of the Uniform inventory, to which a ban or restrictions on import or export by member states of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with the third countries are applied. The FSS notification is necessary for various computers and computing equipment with encryption functions (cryptography):

· Printers, copiers & electronic modules;

· Pocket machines & mobile phones;

· Cash registers;

· Servers & portable computers;

· Electronic modules & parts;

· Electronic integrated circuits & memory devices;

· Software encryption (cryptographic) means.

The Federal Security Service notification is also necessary for wired and wireless means of communication with encryption functions:

· User communication devices;

· Base stations & access points;

· Telecommunications equipment & parts;

· Radio-broadcasting or television equipment;

· Radionavigation receivers & remote control equipment;

· Equipment for access to the Internet & television receivers with a communication function.
