What is CU-TR certification (EAEU TR)

欧盟关税同盟的EAEU认证（CU-TR认证）是确认产品安全和符合既定海关联盟技术法规（TR CU）的过程。产品进入欧亚经济联盟如果没有CU-TR认证，就不可能在共同关税区境内销售产品（如果这些产品必须经过强制性的符合性确认程序）。

Certification in the EAEU Customs Union is a process of confirming the safety and compliance of products with the established technical regulations. Without such a document it is impossible to sell products in the territory of the common customs area (if they are subject to the mandatory procedure of confirmation of conformity).

、The creation of the CU (later renamed the EAEU) allowed for increased sales growth by reducing the payment of customs duties and expanding the sales market. As a consequence, a more attractive market for imported producers and investors. When the issue of control over the quality of products and the safety of their use arose, the CU member states developed technical regulations and a single form of documents to confirm the conformity of goods to CU standards - certificate, declaration and SGR.

Quality conformity documents issued by any CU member country are valid in all others.

The party confirming quality and compliance with the EAEU TR is a certification body accredited by an authorised national body (in Russia it is Rosakkreditatsiya) and registered in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories (Centres) of the Customs Union.

Certification of quality conformity must be carried out if your products are specified in the technical regulations of the EAEU. Each regulation has an annex, where it is indicated which document should be issued - a certificate of conformity or a declaration.

Depending on the terms of the technical regulations, additional documentation may be required to confirm conformity, including a SGR TR.

If your products are not included in the technical regulations of the CU, clarify the need for mandatory certification according to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2425 of 13.12.2021.
