Rules and procedures for drawing up a Certificate of Conformity of the EAEU (CU) Правила и порядок оформления Сертификата соответствия ЕАЭС (ТС)

Each of the Technical Regulations of the EAEU (CU) establishes its own specifics and rules for issuing Certificates of Conformity, but in general contain the same principles of work.

Applicant for the work is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur registered in the territory of the EAEU (CU) member state and being a manufacturer, seller or representative of a foreign manufacturer (an authorised person's contract is required).

Certificate of conformity is issued according to the rules established in the EAEU (CU). The responsibility for certification is shared between the certification body and the applicant.

Products that do not fall under the Technical Regulations of the EAEU (CU) may fall under other mandatory systems, or require registration of a permit document of another type (rejection letter, negative decision).

Information on issued Certificates of Conformity shall be entered into the Unified Register of issued Certificates of Conformity and registered Declarations of Conformity.

Each state maintains its own Register, the data from which are transmitted to the Unified Register. In the Russian Federation the Register is maintained by the Federal Accreditation Service and is located at https://fsa.gov.ru/use-of-technology/elektronnye-reestry.
