As a result of the harmonisation of national safety standards between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, previous national technical regulations such as the Russian GOST and TR certificates are gradually being phased out and replaced by the new Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (TR EAEU).
Products manufactured or sold in Belarus must comply with the requirements of various Belarusian technical regulations.
There are three systems of technical regulations in the Republic of Belarus:
National norms like STB and GOST-B - applicable only for Belarus/STB and GOST-B - applicable only for Belarus
Technical Regulation of Eurasian Economic Union/Eurasian Economic Union CU-TR/EAEU TR Technical Regulation

National norms of the Republic of Belarus (GOST-B, STB)
The list of goods of the Republic of Belarus requiring mandatory certification in accordance with the national standard can be found in the Annex to Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 849 of 21 October 2016 "On some issues of conformity assessment in the system of confirmation of state conformity of the Republic of Belarus".
It contains a list of products that require certification under Belarusian national legislation:

BY TR Technical Regulations of the Republic of Belarus
In areas where the Customs Union/EAEU does not have harmonised technical regulations, Belarus has its own national TR technical regulation requirements:

The requirements for the conformity mark are
The requirements for the conformity mark are set out in the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus N 383 of May 24, 2017.

The mark of conformity may be affixed only to products manufactured in accordance with the technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and whose conformity is confirmed by a declaration or certificate.
The mark of conformity is a combination of the letters "T" and "R" placed in a frame with rounded corners. The frame is separated by the symbol "BY".
The Belarusian BY TR conformity mark may be affixed only to products manufactured in accordance with the technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus and whose conformity is confirmed by a declaration or certificate.
The size of the conformity mark must be such that it is easy to read with the naked eye.
The mark of conformity is affixed directly adjacent to the manufacturer's information on the product, usually on its fixed part, and must also be indicated in the accompanying operational documentation.
No misleading markings, logos or inscriptions are stated.
If other conformity marks are used on the product, they must not impair the visibility and legibility of the conformity mark TR BY
